Women in Data Centers
Partner with us
at your event.
We work alongside conference producers and universities to bring more women into the rooms where the industry's decisions get made.

For partners
How we work together.
Partnership isn't sponsorship. It's a working collaboration with conference producers and universities who want more women on their stages and in their programmes.
Advisory & curation
A seat on your advisory board, curating female speakers and shaping panel topics and agenda.
Content & programmes
Interview series, co-developed programmes, and keynote workshops drawing on our network.
Co-organised events
Joint sessions alongside your main programme — from networking events to wellness sessions.
What partners gain
In return, partners gain specialist input on speaker diversity and panel curation, a visible and credible commitment to inclusion, and the option to run a keynote workshop with our network. Rather than scrambling to balance a line-up each year, you draw on a vetted community of women leaders across the region — so a representative agenda comes together seamlessly.
Good to know
Common questions.
Still deciding? Here's what people usually ask before partnering.
Is this the same as sponsorship?
No. Partnership isn't a paid arrangement like our sponsor tiers — it's a working collaboration. We help shape your speaker line-up and agenda in exchange for visibility and access to our community.
What does WiDC actually do as a partner?
Typically we take a seat on your advisory board, curate female speakers and panel topics, and co-organise sessions — networking events or wellness sessions — alongside your main programme.
Do you work with universities too?
Yes. The model is the same as with conference producers: advisory input, curated speakers, and joint programming.
How do we get started?
Get in touch with a bit about your event or programme, and our partnerships team will follow up to scope what makes sense.
Ready to partner with us?
Tell us about your conference, event, or programme and we'll follow up to talk through what partnership could look like.
